Friday night and the display said "340"; we were ticket 353. Fifteen minutes to wait was acceptable.

Two bowls of udon in soup, 6 pcs of Okinawa Roll, a serving of stuffed cheese balls, and a variety of buttered mushrooms served in tinfoil for the two of us came to $201. The mushrooms were absolutely divine and well worth the $30. The sushi, however, was not evenly sliced - some pieces were obviously fatter than the others; a bit pricey at $45.

However, the biggest compliment goes to the manageress on duty for ensuring her staff performed to the company's standard.
Staff are required to announce the arrival of the dish at the table with an, "excuse me, here is your food"; asking if they can add water to your tea or remove a finished plate is also to be done loudly. A new waitress barely moved her mouth when asking to pour hot water - the manageress soon pulled her aside and trained her again. GOOD!

Efficient service and being quick to ensure customers' needs are met before they ask made for a pleasant dining experience!
