🥂Mille-feuille Potatoes “Bravas” $88
I guess this was a French dish. I love this pureed chickpeas with sesame and olive oil, served with house flatbread. They were crispy and tasty.
🥂MFC (Miguel’s Fried Chicken) $168
A half spring chicken, soaked overnight in buttermilk and fried to crispy perfection, served with Doubleshot hot sauce which was a little bit spicy. The meat was tender and the whole dish was delightful. I wasn’t interested in the purple cabbage coleslaw because it was a bit bitter but quite fresh.
🥂Uji Matcha Lava Cake $68
Premium matcha from Japan, Valrhona “Extra Bitter 61%” dark chocolate, and ice cream. The matcha was very rich and sweet. They were just extraordinary.
🤟I love the bar table embracing the street scene in Central and the atmosphere was romantic with dim lights.
