I picked the restaurant becoz of the nice photos seen from this web. Turn out I found the decoration is the only attraction. That's it!My friends ordered a seafood apetitizer. They said it's not fresh with fishy smell. Luckily I didnt try that. We then ordered main courses of Austrian pasta, pork chop and chicken waffle, with side dish as French fries. My friends ordered a seafood apetitizer. They said it's not fresh with fishy smell. Luckily I didnt try that. We then ordered main courses of Austrian pasta, pork chop and chicken waffle, with side dish as French fries. First, I can't see any pasta in the dish of Austrian "pasta", just some kind of mushroom in small cubic form, wondered if Austrian's meaning of pasta is different from what I understand. French fries are ok but the ketchup is so watery that I am sure the restaurant has added water/liquid into the original ketchup!
Anyhow, the food quality is ok but the worst is the service. We heard from waiter before we ordered that we could get discount by paying through AE credit card. We found that no discount was granted on the bill. So we asked the waiter who gave us a new bill with discount offered. I questioned him that does it mean we wont have any discount if we didnt ask? Hah..his response to me is ....keeping silent, without saying 'sorry'! God, what service it is! I just want to get fair service which able to make the pay worth. I never expect silence is a kind of 'service' in the servicing industry! It's so disappointed and I would never ever come to this restaurant again!
