Overall, the dishes are very oily.The 松鼠桂魚, the fish was small and was not freshly fried. As a result, the meat was hard and tasteless. It just covered with thick sauce.The 鹹肉炒萵荀絲, the salty meat was overly salty, and the flavor did not mix with the bamboo shoots.The 菜肉餛飩, came in a bowl of oily soy sauce garlic soup. Not sure how the soup should taste.The 脆煎灌湯小籠包, the skin was not properly cooked.
