Food was fair but service was unacceptable!!

The quality of the food and taste was just okay. Don’t expect too much and the waiting time was extremely long. Rather, what disturbs me most during my visit was the service by the manager and front line staffs. Some of the staffs was very polite. However, there was a young staff and a store manager that was terrible. The quality of the food and taste was just okay. Don’t expect too much and the waiting time was extremely long. Rather, what disturbs me most during my visit was the service by the manager and front line staffs. Some of the staffs was very polite. However, there was a young staff and a store manager that was terrible. The incident was there was a staff that was trying to sanitize the bench and table that was next to our table by spraying some chemicals which sets off some toxic smell. The staff was literally spraying the toxic chemicals right next to our table. We told the manager that the smell was really disturbing and asked if not to spray the chemicals. They stopped spraying the chemicals but later we overheard the manager said to the staff that “if the wind was blowing the other side than there won’t be a problem. They won’t be able to smell it...” What kind of comment was that??? Minutes later, while the staff was trying to clean the other table, the manager said to the staff “收硬佢哋錢” which translates to “they have to pay regardless.”  Not exactly sure if his comment was directing to us. Regardless, such service and comment is not to be expected from a restaurant of such type. I understand that they are trying to be clean and I really appreciate that. But it’s the attitude that is not accepted. I definitely won’t be visiting this restaurant ever again nor will I recommend it to my family and friends. There are definitely other places that are better, whether it be the taste, quality and services!!!
