Agree with the comments posted here. Should have checked before we go. Really terrible experience. Food was of poor quality, salad was not fresh. The manager and the staff are rude and unprofessional. They should not even be in the hospitality industry if they don’t know what basic customer services are like. Pacific Place needs to bring in better quality cafes and restaurants into the shopping mall. These types of cafes simply do not cut it.
