To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥米綫係Hysan Place Foodcourt開左間新分店，好近公司，變成了同事們的飯堂。三哥同譚仔一樣，都係第一步先選餸，之後選湯底，最後選辣度。因爲星期六關係，超多人排隊落單，需要等半小時，先可以攞到碗麵。.今次叫左3個餸，分別係鷄肉、豬潤、冬菇，湯底選左普通酸辣，呢款湯底係無得選擇酸度同辣度的，不過最鍾意呢個湯底，好惹味。.鷄肉份量多，無鷄皮，鷄肉嫩滑，吸收曬湯底味道；冬菇有4粒；豬潤有7、8塊，算多。
