I went to Yakiniku Shin for an early dinner and again it was a nice experience! To start off, I ordered the Onsen Egg Tofu Salad, which was a great combination of textures and flavors. The egg tofu was silky smooth and the salad was fresh and crisp. Next up, I tried the Wagyu Beef A4, which had a perfect balance of fat and meat. The meat just melted in my mouth. The Sea Urchin Cake - The cake had a soft and fluffy texture, with bits of sea urchin mixed in. It had a slightly sweet and salty taste, with a delicate oceanic flavor that was not too overpowering.
As for the Japanese Grilled Chicken Hearts, the hearts had a smoky and savory flavor that was delicious, and the seasoning was just right. For seafood, I tried the Kanimiso Koriyaki or Grilled Crab with Biscuits and Razor Clams. Both dishes were fresh and had a great flavor.
To end the meal, I had the Durian Bomb, which was crispy on the outside and had a creamy and delicious durian filling. There is a 90-minute all-you-can-drink Sake self bar. What made even more enjoyable was a self-grilled dishes. We got to grill the meats to our liking. This added a fun and interactive element to the meal, and made it all the more enjoyable.
