I went to Yakiniku Shin for an early dinner and again it was a nice experience! To start off, I ordered the Onsen Egg Tofu Salad, which was a great combination of textures and flavors. Speaking of meat dishes, I also had the Meat Plate, which included a variety of cuts such as Japanese Wagyu Beef Triangular Short Ribs, Japanese Wagyu Back Peak, U.S. Prime Triangular Beef, US Short Ribs, US Sirloin Meat and Beef Tongue. All of the cuts were expertly cooked and had a great flavor.

Each cut was expertly prepared and had its own unique flavor and texture. The Japanese Wagyu Beef Triangular Short Ribs were a highlight for me. They were marbled with fat and had a rich, buttery flavor that was simply amazing. The Japanese Wagyu Back Peak was also delicious, with a tender texture and a great depth of flavor.

The U.S. Prime Triangular Beef had a slightly leaner texture but was still very flavorful, while the US Short Ribs were juicy and tender. The US Sirloin Meat was cooked to perfection and had a great beefy flavor. Lastly, the Beef Tongue had a unique texture and a rich, meaty flavor that I really enjoyed.

The Sea Urchin Cake - The cake had a soft and fluffy texture, with bits of sea urchin mixed in. It had a slightly sweet and salty taste, with a delicate oceanic flavor that was not too overpowering. 
As for the Japanese Grilled Chicken Hearts,  the hearts had a smoky and savory flavor that was delicious, and the seasoning was just right.

For seafood, I tried the Kanimiso Koriyaki or Grilled Crab with Biscuits and Razor Clams. Both dishes were fresh and had a great flavor.

What made even more enjoyable was a self-grilled dishes. We got to grill the meats to our liking. This added a fun and interactive element to the meal, and made it all the more enjoyable.
