很久已想試這間餐廳因都看見不少好評。今天和兩位好友到時代廣場吃午餐。最住要和朋友見面所以對食物沒有什麼其望。I have wanted to try this restaurant for some time after reading the early days comments. Today, mainly to meet up with 2 friends and to try this place out. 首先，本人對服務態度都非常重視。未開始食，已經有點不滿。為什麼：1. 餐牌多字（需然有中、英語）菜名長，又難明。問店員也不能解釋。2. 叫飲品，店員解釋到不是什麼。想叫的，沒有材料，做不到。最後叫別的飲料。甜到漏！3. 上菜時，放下就算。其實廚師在一味菜上加上伴菜是有原因。如服務員可提供食客多點食法會把食物的味道提升。Firstly, for me, customer service is very important. 首先，本人對服務態度都非常重視。未開始食，已經有點不滿。為什麼：
1. 餐牌多字（需然有中、英語）菜名長，又難明。問店員也不能解釋。
2. 叫飲品，店員解釋到不是什麼。想叫的，沒有材料，做不到。最後叫別的飲料。甜到漏！
3. 上菜時，放下就算。其實廚師在一味菜上加上伴菜是有原因。如服務員可提供食客多點食法會把食物的味道提升。
Firstly, for me, customer service is very important. Before we even started the meal, we were a bit unsatisfied with the service.
1. There were a lot of words on the menu! Some were confusing (although in English & Chinese). Enquired with our server, she was not quite sure what majority of the dishes were.
2. Same with the drinks menu. We ordered 2 drinks, Mango ginger and something with berries. Both were sooo sweet!
3. When food was served, the waitress just put down the dish, end of story. In fact, I believe that the chef added a sauce or side for a reason. If the waitress can go a step further, suggesting to eat together with the sauce or side, it will augment the taste of the dish.
今次點菜有：
1. 手撕豬肉迷你漢堡及乾烤五花腩肉迷你漢堡組合： 肉絲同一片過的分別。手㯕口感不太歡喜，不夠囗感、不夠味道。五花腩那個，真的很大片肥糕。這度菜，個人不太喜歡。
1. Pull pork brioche slider & salted, dry roasted pork belly brioche slider combo: cannot really sense the meat in the hand striped brioche, too soft. Dry roasted pork belly brioches has a thick slice of fat. If that's what you're into then it's fine. Not my personal favourite, not enough taste.
2. 义燒包： 都係傳統的好⋯
Bbq pork bun: the Chinese traditional ones are still favourite.
3. 炸豬耳配酸豆醬： 脆漿較厚，一定配個醬食否則無味。
Pork scratching & crisps: the batter was thick but the sauce was different. If ordered should really try together with sauce. Otherwise, not enough flavour.
4. 英式香腸卷配蘋果醬： 肉不夠囗感，有點太咸。
Sausage roll, sour apple chutney: Salty, meat inside the sausage roll is a bit too soft.
5. 豬頰肉、小扁豆配蜜糖： 較咸，不過肉的口感好，夠嫩。和扁豆一起吃都不錯。
Pig's cheeks, lentil & honey: Salty but the pork is tender. It's nice together with the lentil.
6. 烤豬脊肉、焦糖蘋果配煙燻蘋果泥 肉要配煙燻蘋果一同吃較好味。
Roasted pork loin, smoked apple purée , caramelised apple: Salty but nice eating together with the smoked apple.
總而言之，缺乏服務，大多數食況下物情太鹹了。我不會回去。
In summary, lack of service, food were too salty in most cases. I won't be going back.
