I particularly like the Sichuan style fried noodles! The noodles were firm yet tender, and had a delightful chewiness. The dish was generously infused with Sichuan peppercorns, giving it a mouth-numbing and spicy kick that was incredibly satisfying. The combination of fragrant garlic, ginger, and soy sauce added depth to the overall taste.
