🌟Baked Cheese & Beef Tripe in Tomato Sauce
Price: $98
A combination that does not seem fit but will blow your minds with every bite. The flavour profiles mixed heavenly, with the sour tomato base complimenting the mellowness of the beef tripes. Hats off to the chef who created this dish!
🌟Baked Wagu Beef Cheek
Price: $128
The Australian wagu beef was perfectly baked, with a right amount of seasoning to balance the richness from the mozzarella cheese.
🌟Free Flow Mussels
The free flow mussels were served in 3 ways. From garlic butter and creamy white wine to flavourful tomato scents, each dish topping of the other, guiding your palette journey to pure delight! Personal favourite was the tomato based sauce, with hints of spice that elevated the dish.
The package came with a bottle of wine of your choice and the side dish fries also deserved a chef kiss! The flavours hit all the right spots and crispiness were addicting!
All in all, it was a pleasant night at the house of Trattoria Kagawa by Mihara. I can’t wait for my second time here.
