Bun (Rice Vermicelli) Grilled Five Spiced Pork Scallion and Crispy Shallot ($60HKD)
- Grilled pork with great flavours, liked the texture of the noodles.
- I find it a bit too light flavoured but its best for those ‘on-diet’ days.
- The rolls are nicely presented, it comes a bit spicy as I suppose they added wasabi to it? Interesting.
