They have station for putting their vegetables, balls and crab meat etc for us to take. Besides that, they have drinks, noodles, desserts and sauce condiments for us to take as well.
They do offered herbal drinks as well as wide range of soft drinks. Their herbal drink was cooling and sweet, suitable to drink when having hotpot.
We chose Sichuan style mala hotpot for our soup base. It was blood red in colour, spicy and flavourful, going well with those hotpot items ordered, perfect for mala lovers.
For our set, there was 8 different types of beef. Considering this was buffet style, the beef given were of good quality. They were tender and juicy, cut into thin in texture.
There was seafood platter for our set as well, which was served in a huge bowl. There were prawns, abalones, clams, scallops and mussels. They were served fresh and huge in size, sweet and juicy.
Squid paste and prawn paste were very chewy and juicy, able to taste the freshness.
Their vegetables were fresh and crunchy, going well with the soup base.
Potato flat noodle was smooth and very chewy, absorbing the essence of the soup base.
Watermelon was sweet and juicy. Tofu was very soft and smooth, with sugar powder provided to enhance the taste. Taro soup was sweet and chewy as well.
