Lunch. Entrance actually on Wang On Rd. Friendly chef, ex-Kyoku.Counter seating 11.4 kinds of sashimi:-池魚+馬糞海膽-剝皮魚 marinated with 2 drops of soy sauce-秋刀魚(very big- fish itself weighed around 180g) mixed with spring onion and茗荷 (Japanese ginger, red-colored). Very fatty.-Toro (again very big- fish itself weighed around 247kg). Upon chewing, released slightly sweetish acidic flavors.醬油燒白子Moving onto the sushi (6 pieces):-鹿兒島大尾魷-Buri (again, very big- fish itself weighed around 14kg)-Scorched 梭子魚

-Buri (again, very big- fish itself weighed around 14kg)
-Scorched 梭子魚 (barracuda). Oil made it difficult to stick to the rice, chef ended up wrapping my piece with crispy seaweed.
-Toro 3 pieces
-Salmon roe
-Uni
To finish: bowl of sashimi rice
Red miso soup. Strong flavors of prawns.
Dessert: hazelnut coffee IceCream to go with coffee.
In summary: fresh and good quality ingredients. Great acidity of rice. (Chef admitted taking some time to work out the perfect balance.) Recommended.
