Sourced locally every morning from Lau Fau Shan, this oyster specialist makes the tastiest oyster dishes in Mong Kok (closer to Prince Edward)! Freshly cooked when ordered and without MSG, my fav is certainly the Oyster Pepper Soup. Complemented by a simple vegetable & pepper soup, you can taste the freshness of each meaty oyster just as they are. Other dishes accentuate the goodness of oysters just as well.
