The key to a good hotpot lies in high quality and fresh ingredients and this place has both.We had the chicken and white pepper pig stomachs soup base which included a whole chicken and I quite enjoyed, the white pepper added a little bit of a kick to the flavour. Beef is always a must order in any hotpot for me. And the beef they serve here was absolutely amazing, it had a strong flavour and was super tender.
They also had an array of fresh seafood to choose from to order as hotpot ingredients or as sashimi. How amazing is that?
Other notable ingredients was the cuttlefish-balls, they were so chewy and bouncy.
The service here was also exceptional, everyone was so polite, friendly and attentive.
Overall I had a really good dining experience here and would definitely come back again.
