The place is large with a few areas where you can order things for them to cook so you can eat right there. Things like seafood and dumplings. BUT this place intrigued me. Freshly made Spam. Yep! SPAM NOT FROM A CAN!

The finished product is found here. Apparently, they don't just  make Spam but sausages as well.

I was curious about the Spam but wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a loaf. Boyfriend said we could sample it first by ordering a meal.

Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. There is a lot of places to sit and eat just outside the market area where there is a TV screen to let you know when your order is ready.

We decided to get the Hero Combo ($36).  This included a sausage, slice of Spam, egg of your choice, toast, noodles and a drink. Pretty cheap!

Tastewise? Only the Spam and sausage were the star. The rest was pretty much forgettable.  I don't even know why they bothered to state toast as the bread wasn't even toasted. The egg was just plain oily. But the sausage! WOW. Really good. Crisp exterior. A nicely seasoned and firm meat. The Spam was great, too. Not as salty as the canned version and it did have the same taste as Spam.

I wanted to go back and get a loaf of Spam but when I went back, it was all sold out except for the black pepper flavor. I guess they have different flavors? I will definitely be back to  buy fresh sausages and Spam.
