Thanks for my real foodie friend who made a reservation a week earlier, we were able to walk straight in and get a table for two. It wasn't actually that full, there were still plenty of seats at around 8pm on a Friday night.To start with, we had this Jamon Serrano + Chorizo + Manchego Cheese Crisp. The ham and the cheese crisp were nice to eat on their own, and it was even better to eat them together. You might need a bit of skills to wrap them all together with your knife and fork on your plat

We chose this Confit Chicken Leg with Quail Egg, Tarragon and Chive Puree in Shaoxing Wine Chicken Juice for main on Today's speical menu. Confit chicken leg is more preferable than duck leg as it's less salty. It wasn't oily at all even with the chicken skin there. The quail eggs looked cute and were surely delicious. As for the black pasta things at the bottom, we thought so hard while tasting them but still couldn't figure it out what they actually are.

We surely came for the desserts, that's why we fixed our mind on two desserts right at the beginning, and spent some time figuring out what to have for the mains. This White Rabbit Panna Cotta is truly amazing, not only does it come in a colourful presentation, but also its taste. It absolutely has the taste of white rabbit candy, as well as the taste of panna cotta. I would definitely come back just for it. As the white rabbit panna cotta was so amazing, we cared less about the fresh fruits, strawberry ice cream (it was good though) and the blue jelly.

Mix Plum Puff Pastry with Lemon Curd and Vanilla Ice Cream worth a try too. The puff pastry was crispy but not oily, it's almost like a pancake that you can dip with the ice cream to eat. I didn't touch much of the plum on the side, so I wasn't sure if it was good.
