Fried cartilages are fine

Working nearby and suddenly wanna eat fried food. So I bought fried chicken cartilage to fulfil my wish. It costs only 25hkd with a lot of fried cartilages. Definitely worth the price. However I think the spicy powder is not spicy enough. I don't feel hot at all even though I have finished the whole pack. And too many flour under the crispy layer.
