came at 4:30, no lineups! Apprently they don't open at 5 anymore, now they start at 2pm!takeout down the street is closed on sundays.don't really like the lighting of the store. too dim for no reason... people still go there to eat, not to get drunk or for happy hour..personally i don't like beer, so i chug other forms of alcohol.original fried chicken - YUM!!! not oily (i read somewhere that korean fried chicken they fry it taste which gets rid of the oil. original fried chicken - YUM!!! not oily (i read somewhere that korean fried chicken they fry it taste which gets rid of the oil. I was trying to tell them if they can give me dark meat only, and whether portion size is too much for one person. skinny short korean dude with half-ass english said "1 dish 1 person" ok so we order 2 dishes. then this one came we were like... uhhhhhh... theres like close to/over a dozen pieces here sir. Attempted to ask for dark meat only, same dude said wings yes... (i think he thought i asked if there were wings in the mix so he said yes...) communication fail. there were like 3 wings and 2 drumsticks other pieces were mixture of white meat (personally i hate white meat).
ordered the baked chicken (even in chinese is says "how" chicken).. then comes out BBQed. hmmmm ok. and on top came with sticky dough "leen go"Portion wise its close to half of the fried chicken but slightly more expensive. and took twice as long! We only had 2 pieces fried chicken left before this came to the table. I thought they forgot the order and we were gonna cancel it.
A group of 3 kids across from us were also in shock of the portion. For 2 girls and 1 guy, they ordered the bbq baked chicken, kimchi pancake, some baked cheesy large sizzling plate, and fried chicken. As food arrived, they laughed embarassingly. Wayyy too much food.
Need to gather more people to came back!! I wonder where can I go eat if i buy takeout??
