We were first served with some sliced ham to go with our wineThen some warm bread and bread stick specially sourced from quality local bakery using real ingredients. The bread is served with three difference sauces so do go crazy with it! Abalone is a kind of something between tender and chewy, yet the taste is fresh and sweet. Their soup is served warm which I like and the cheese cracker on the side is extraordinary too. The prawn cocktail comes next, a few pieces of prawn is served with melon
This is kind of an off-menu item. I ordered this because I tried it before and it was so nice that I have to come back again for it. The cheek was so soft that it was almost melting in my mouth. The sauce poured on top was not too heavy for the beef. Steak
The steak was done nicely with a charred surface and pink centre as expected. The beef flavour was strong which I really enjoyed. Most of my friends ordered this dish and they liked it too! Fish
The fish was moist and not fishy. Though I think that the tomato sauce underneath was a little bit too much and it can be a bit more concentrated if possible. The fish still tasted nice on its own! Creme brulee
Pretty standard, the surface was crispy with a layer of caramelised sugar sheet, covering some smooth cream.
