I used to dine at the Wanchai joint but they have now moved to QB.Got the donburi with uni and salmon.The salmon was fresh and the uni was creamy which went with the rice perfectly.Also had the salmon roe and uni sushi which was very satisfying as the salmon was thickly sliced topped with my favourite popping salmon roe!
