Never could have imagined to have frozen custard found in creme brûlée. Asked the chef, he explained that this is the authentic way to do creme brûlée.... Whatelse I could say! PS, sago dessert soup should use coconut milk instead of any other milk, cause sago will dilute the sweetness of coconut milk, and make the Dessert in a more well balanced taste, not watery tasteless liquid
