I have been at Stanley branch before and was hoping to find the same quality at Wan Chai location.I took the Steak Tartare, a dish I know all too well and that is very nice when taken at Stanley. Unfortunately, the experience was not as good here. First, I was disappointed because the dish arrived prepared. I took the Steak Tartare, a dish I know all too well and that is very nice when taken at Stanley. Unfortunately, the experience was not as good here. First, I was disappointed because the dish arrived prepared. The waiter didn't ask if I want it prepared or unprepared, despite it is a MUST DO for a steak tartare order. 

Another big displeasure were the Fries. At Stanley, I got nice handmade French Fries but here it was just random frozen supermarket French Fries. I think this is unacceptable in a restaurant when you pay HKD168. 

One more thing, the service was average at most. Waiter didn't suggest any dessert and was not especially caring.
