Made with 100% Monastrell, a native Spanish grape variety, this bottle of Enrique Mendoza Estrecho 2019 is a full-bodied wine with fine round tannins, making it a heavenly match with cuisine and barbeque foods that are commonly seen in Mid-Autumn Festival.
On nose and palate, Monastrell is full of esparto grass and tree bark with ripe berries and Mediterranean herbs, with a long finish that’s dry and tasty.
