Fun to try but too much cream

Passed by the store today and came to try this dessert as I love their  souffle pancake.Although the pancake was nicely caramelized, the filling just had too much cream which kind of diluted the flavors of the star(the pancake itself). Also if there was just 1 or 2 more pieces of strawberry that would make it a much better dessert.
