呢排食得西餐多,又想食返中餐,資料搜集後決定嚟到雲來軒!呢間名就聽過,但從來無食過既中餐館。得知餐廳擅長玩fusion,心中特別期待。好在有訂位,因為星期一人都好多我地睇完餐牌,先叫個燉湯潤下喉。燉湯用紫砂茶壺裝,係近期好興既功夫湯。一壺夠哂2個人飲,用功夫杯飲湯其實又幾方便。湯好清甜同時都好濃郁。湯料都好淋好入味,送上豉油,細心!叉燒都係一個必點菜色,叉燒每件都好大舊,肉質厚實唔會燒到好乾身,個汁香得嚟唔過甜,高質!海鮮叫左時令扇貝,每隻手掌咁大!蒜蓉粉絲蒸特別惹味!蒸既時間剛好,肉質鮮甜又嫩!好味中意食海鮮就點多個招牌菜,呢味餸精緻得嚟都好有特,蝦同帶子擺埋一齊,兩者都鮮甜,蝦既彈牙加帶子既嫩滑,配上意大利黑醋,係幾特色話明玩fusion,姑且叫個檳城棒棒骨,用既係豬脾肉,啖啖肉,肉質仲好嫩!有豬味,食既時候仲好方便。配上自家制咖哩真係好惹味,配料又多。最後食個炒飯,原來主廚用陳皮入饌有一手,就叫個炒飯試下。炒飯用上健康既黑蒜,有少少酸酸地多開胃,加上露荀増加口感!
