To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知有冇人同我一樣,都係鍾意飲羅宋湯多過鍾意飲白湯呢?而我就係非常之鍾意飲羅宋湯嘅代表人物,所以我一直以嚟都尋找緊一啲正宗羅宋湯粉麵。🙈今次終於畀我搵到喱間餐廳。有日之間經過嘅時候,見到佢有好多主打羅宋湯底嘅粉麵,於是毫不猶豫咁就入咗去坐低喇。😝羅宋湯魚餅大蝦通粉係我嘅最愛,話明羅宋湯,當然個湯底有好多配菜啦,西芹,薯仔,牛尾呢啲係必需嘅,但個人覺得最重要嘅當然就係香料,先至係提升羅宋湯嘅靈魂嘅精華。😇不過我個人嚟講覺得份量有啲少,如果可以大碗啲或者餸再多就好喇😯
