To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間點心專門店主打新式點心，價錢唔算平，下午茶有八折，試左九款點心，整體覺得配搭新穎，食物味道唔錯但又唔算特別深刻想Encore。龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣 $42 面層係彈牙墨魚膠，底層燒賣真係有流心龍蝦汁，幾香濃。麻辣牛肉燒賣 $36普通牛肉燒賣，麻辣味唔係好出。滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣 $36同平時食開既鵪鶉蛋燒賣差唔多，滷唔滷水都差唔多。比較特別係粒燒賣有蝦肉，唔係普通豬肉燒賣。酸菜魚鳳眼餃 $36食到酸菜魚個味同魚肉，但唔算好突出。馬拉小籠包 $36個小籠包肉骨茶味幾濃，我幾鍾意。鳳爪拼金錢肚 $36唔知點解擺埋一齊，大概是味道相近，每樣三件，金錢肚爽口，鳳爪正常，墊底唔係花生而係紅腰豆幾特別。口水汁龍利魚腸粉$42腸粉夠大件夠滑，龍利魚亦係滑溜，口水汁惹味香辣，味道口感都夾，好味。蕃茄蛋春卷 $32蕃茄炒蛋加入春卷都幾清新，脆口之中有香濃蛋味。豌豆桃子 $32綠色壽包，個餡係豌豆蓉，唔係好多餡所以食落無咩味。
