前後食過兩次,基本上已經試過曬menu上嘅食品,以呢個價錢,食fusion菜式其實唔係貴,Chef的確好有心去做菜式,配合中西法混合料理,真係有驚喜!第一次走入呢間餐廳,完全冇食客,menu主要有三道、四道同五道菜,由於唔知質素如何,只係試吓食三和四道菜…。由頭盤小食到主菜至甜品,每一款都有特色,例如海鮮蘑菇湯係用一個中式茶壺承載,大雪卡(鴨肉鵝肝春卷)擺盤就好似煙灰缸上放一支雪茄,卡邦尼雲吞中間是流心蛋被泡沫包圍,每一個套餐都係用鹹蛋黃糖雪糕做結尾,有興趣食Fusion菜可以試吓佢嘅五道菜式。PS:如果真係好肚餓⋯咁就可能要先打少少底啦😆
