I was quite interested in this fusion afternoon tea and their dessert Yanzhi (Spring) was really pretty so I decided to come to try it.The dessert was definitely a bit pricey but was too pretty to resist. The Almond dessert is quite a bargain if you order it with the afternoon tea as it will cost you 88 for 1 if you order it at other times. Yanzhi came first and it was not only pretty it was quite interesting to try. With the set up of a make up brush and perfume bottle, the berry powder and rose syrup can be added gradually according to your taste.

The century egg was seasoned with pepper and chili to balance out its strong flavor and even my friend who does not usually like the century egg. The alcohol mixed well with the duck liver and elevated its taste and reducing the oiliness at the same time.
"Autumn" was the most impressive dessert, which is a mini version of their a la carte dessert. The slight ginger flavor with the sweet potato reminded me of the sweet soup. If this afternoon tea is any indication of how good their other fusion dishes are, I really look forward to trying their main courses.
