My friend recommended this particular cafe to me as he feel that my wife might love it. eat darling eat was located in Fashion Walk, just beside Causeway Bay MTR.Their menu was cute and interesting, with the name of the dishes intriguing. They specialized in desserts and drinks, as well as light bites and main course. Raspberry hearts - A spoonful of iced raspberry was placed on top of the drink, for me to mix in the drink. It was very sourish and refreshing, with very strong raspberry taste. T

Raspberry hearts - A spoonful of iced raspberry was placed on top of the drink, for me to mix in the drink. It was very sourish and refreshing, with very strong raspberry taste. There is raspberry bits at the bottom of the drink too.
Oyster spring roll - It was deep fried till very soft and crispy, and oyster & mushroom bits was chewy and smooth.
Pasta with squid and salted fish - It is of healthy version, with squid and salted fish in it. Lemon and garlic helped to bring out the flavour and pasta was cooked till chewy. Squid was chewy and smooth too, with rubbery texture.
Chinese ginger vinegar - Ice cream cone was served in a bowl, and the taste was very interesting. It has very strong ginger and vinegar taste, and crispy pork skin complimented nicely with the ice cream.
