Have been bookmarked this Italian fusion cuisine for awhile, and finally getting to try their signature Tasting menu for two here last week. interior design has really great decor, the vissle dark grey couch create the modern and chic ambiance for the whole indoor main dining area. The alfresco dining has a relaxed, casual vibe, a perfect friends gathering or dating place to enjoy food alongside a dazzling sunset and night view.Appetizer🥓The meal begins with a Sootiness Platter comes in the fa
Appetizer🥓
The meal begins with a Sootiness Platter comes in the fancy box, opening it to uncover the smoky cold cuts, including Pastrami, Smoked Salmon, Parma Ham, and Salami Sausage. These cold appetizers are perfect to go with the cocktails. Also, we have the Wagyu Beef Tartare Toast, the raw wagyu is very flavorful.
Soup of the Day 🥣 is Wild Mushroom & Crème Foam Soup, creamy, and fulfilling.
Starches 🍝
We have first Dungeness Crab-based Risotto, serving with Crab Meat and Crab Plaster. The crab meat is very fresh and sweet, the sauce of the risotto also is flavorful in crab, very exquisite. The second main is Blue Cheese Penne with Walnut. I am not a big fan of blue cheese but this dish is not very cheesy. The chewy penne with the creamy sauce tastes extraordinary.
Main Course🥩
First, Australian M5 Wagyu Sirloin. Very classy, juicy, per each cut of the sirloin. Chef definitely knows the right temperature and not overcook a good sirloin. The tenderness of the wagyu just showing the exact M5 grading of the sirloin, is scrumptious! Second, Alaska Black Cod. Carta Fata. The sea bass tasted amazingly fresh and delicious.
Dessert🍰
The last serving is Chocolate Molten Lava Cake with Ice-cream.
Last but not least, the service is also impeccable, and it is highly recommended for a special occasion.
