曾幾何時fusion菜係香港都盛行過,各國不同味道混埋一齊就叫fusion?定係分唔清邊個國家既菜就歸納為fusion菜?今晚就試下新開既fusion fine dining,晚餐係8道菜式既testing menuHouse Wine揀咗Lumà Grillo白酒,酒體偏薄,入口少少甜,幾清爽Starter已經好似甜品咁精緻,店員每道菜都會介紹,建議先食Parma Ham配出汁啫喱,鹹甜鹹甜嘅味道好開胃帆立貝青瓜凍湯上面淋咗啲紫蘇油,淡淡既紫蘇味同青瓜都幾夾最後係味道最濃既赤海蝦配水牛芝士呢道菜係我今餐既favourite💕明太子醬釀滿咗成個黃瓜花,而且炸得好香脆,一啖入口(好熱! 真係超級滿足慢煮嘅和牛舌肉味好濃,鋪面既酢漬口感清脆酸甜日本富富富米製成嘅risotto口感絕對唔輸意大利米,鮑魚肝炮製而成既沾醬有肝臟獨特既濃郁味道,絕對錦上添花!穴子焦脆既外皮上面灑滿咗山椒粉,加上蕃茄乾煮成既茄蓉,有辣感得嚟越食越開胃,魚肉質感都好嫩滑和牛好juicy,但最驚豔到我既係酷似芝士既大根!特意烹調完之後,加上芝士焗香醬汁係蠔豉製成,鹹香得嚟有蠔既鮮味自家製既長崎蛋糕配上綿蜜既紅豆蓉,大啖
