間唔中都會經過金馬倫道,見到這間店名大大的掛在這個大厦上,覺得很有氣派,一直想去,没想到朋友剛好也預約了這家吃晚餐,真巧!高級餐廳格局很cozy,喜歡它多鏡的設計,樓底非常高,空間感十足,燈光柔和,音樂都好relax,很適合情侶約會或進行任何慶祝活動。Main course 加$100有亞拉斯加蟹腳 or $80 半隻lobster。Main course/ seafood platter + $68可以 top up 有湯、沙律和咖啡/茶。香草麵包牛油英式蘋果酒炸蝦($88),炸蝦有4隻,炸衣皮很酥,蝦子蠻大隻的,肉質爽口又彈牙,配沙律和薯條,非常唔錯的bar food。法國春雞配蜜糖芥末籽醬($208)served with roasted vegetables,要等25mins,可以先order。小小的春雞肉也有不少,烤得很香,連雞胸肉都很滑嫩。Gravy 係另一highlight,加了酒,少少甜味,味道好特別,very nice。烤特級安格斯肉眼牛扒12oz ($318),超大塊ribeye,烤到5成熟,肉味香濃,肉質鮮嫩,好juicy,有quality的扒加少少黑胡椒和鹽調味
