To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左幾個舊同事出來食飯，集合點企太子，喱到環境靜靜地，啱曬我地慢慢傾。我地一打開個餐牌好吸引，選擇困難症又出現，最後點左幾個老闆推介菜色：安格斯肉眼牛扒五成熟，水牛城雞翅，漁人海鮮pizza,碳燒雞胸沙拉，三文魚蜆肉天使麵。我個人幾個菜都好中意，尤其係個牛扒，好肥美，入口滿嘴濃郁牛香味，而且軟滑配色黑椒汁好好味。個海鮮pizza都一樣，皮薄而且好脆，上面芝士好香，我係超喜歡芝士，距勁多芝士所以好滿足到我，我自己一個人就已經食左三塊。超滿足。明天開始減肥去。可惜我地人唔多，如果唔係可以試埋個三文魚扒，睇個餐牌好似好吸引。野飲就點左芒果熱情果凍茶，好濃熱情果味道好好飲，配牛排好解油膩。黑加侖子青檸薄荷凍茶、雖然有好幾個味道不過又幾夾。另一個就梨，檸檬薄荷凍茶，都不錯，唔似外面五顏六色，睇上去不健康。我地食完仲傾左好耐計，老闆超好，無趕我地走意思，還叫我地慢慢飲，傾下計。
