簡左招牌梳囉魚湯做湯底,餐廳每日用大量梳囉魚熬煮,奶白鮮甜,魚味香濃,想飲多幾碗。蔬菜籃當中有鮮冬菇、金菇、娃娃菜、皇帝菜、唐生茶、甘荀、南瓜及粟米等。湯底鮮甜加入新鮮蔬菜吸收其精華,真係不得了。海鮮拼盤有象拔蚌、蝦、蟶子、魚及鮑魚,樣樣都好新鮮,而且味道仲好鮮甜,用料又夠矜貴,食得好開心呀飽左都有3成, 跟住就要叫d好食野啦, 叫左3色丸, 黑毛豬, 雜菜藍, 駝鳥肉, 仲有牛三拚 (牛脷, 牛頸脊同埋牛肉粒), 叫左咁多樣野, 我都覺得唔錯~
