Grom is an Italian based company specialises in homemade gelato. They first opened their Hong Kong store at the IFC mall in Central. It was an instant hit and great success within the area. The gelato may not come cheap but the quality and the texture of the gelato is amazing. This time at Grom, I ordered their Pistachio with sea salt caramel. The melt in your mouth texture and the stand-out taste was yummy.
