To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每個月都有幾天心思思想吃元氣壽司，每個月第一星期三一定會吃，因為是會員優惠日呀( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑會員還可以手機取票，邊行街邊等待，時間也易過點～～每次一定要點的頭三位：1.蒲燒鰻魚芝士卷，一口過地吃是超美味的，鰻魚與芝士融合一起，加上清新的青瓜好yummy 呀！美味到要再encore多一碟！2.吉列蝦壽司，比起天婦羅炸蝦，吉列蝦更優勝，香脆的外圍，連同鮮味的蝦，每一口也是享受。3.粟米蟹柳絲福袋，真的像福袋一樣豐富，甜甜的粟米滿佈整個福袋。北寄貝沙律軍艦，用料很充足，很新鮮。辣三文魚軍艦，很喜歡wasabi 與三文魚拌在一起的味道，甜中帶辣，切碎的三文魚口感又不一樣。炸天婦羅蝦，我會更喜歡吉列炸蝦～天婦羅蝦炸粉比較厚，咬下去不太脆。軟殼蟹手卷，可能放耐了才吃，軟殼蟹有點過氣的感覺。他們每隻碟也有元氣熊仔金句～用餐時增添樂趣
