The spray cocktails are inspired by Elisabeth Sonneck.

Turquoise Ray:
Guava Juice, genever gin, homemade tonic syrup, egg white, lemon juice, peach with red and blue syrup made of blueberry and rose.

Violet Stripes:
Cacao white, Frangelico, Kailua, homemade vanilla vodka, egg white and mint with purple and green syrup made of taro and mint.
