Sorabol has once been the best Korean restaurant in Hong Kong but not anymore, at least not the CWB branch. Been regularly visiting there for over 20 years but it's getting worse these few years. Dined there again last Thursday. Maybe there's no more Korean working there, they no longer serve like Korean. The most disappointing thing being that there's no veggies come with our order of pork knuckle and we need to pay extra to order a "veggies basket" with around 10 pieces of veggies costing over $80. To be exact, there were actually 2 pieces of veggies under the pork knuckle which I'm sure are not intended for wrapping the meat to serve as the traditional Korean way of eating. Won't give them any more chance.
