After my wife and I finished our lunch at Landmark Central, we decided to find a place to relax for the afternoon. After some research, we decided to choose Dr. Fern's Gin Parlour. It was located at a corner of Landmark. From the outside of the store, it does not look like a typical cafe.As the name of the store suggested, they specialized in gin. The interior was well decorated, providing a cozy environment to relax off.
Chip was provided to go along with the drinks. It was flavourful and crispy.
Ki No Bi Gin - It was mixed with goldberg yuzu tonic, with lemon peel and ginger in it. The alcohol content was quite high, with strong yuzu and lemon taste. The taste was refreshing as well.
Hot chocolate was smooth and sweet, with strong cocoa taste.
Charcuterie board - As we preferred something to go along with the drink, we ordered ham platter. It consisted of prosciutto di parma, chorizo, dry beef, salami, speck ham and baguette bread. The portion was huge and presented nicely. Assorted ham were very flavourful and chewy, going well with the bread.
