再次黎到「老掌櫃」食飯了,仲記得第一次黎的時候(約1900),4個人要等成半個中先有位,不過原來等夠15分鐘係有野食送的^_^ 佢有得俾我地揀「拍黃瓜」定「高力豆沙」。嘩,計人頭就緊係揀「高力豆沙」啦,有四粒喎,諗起都覺得正!今次就同朋友黎試下其他菜式啦!點左三款涼菜,特別推介「小蔥拌豆腐」,睇落去平平無奇,但食落口就覺得啖啖豆香夠清新,加埋少少鹹的蔥味又幾夾喎。朋友個個都話呢道菜最有驚喜!另外,我地研究左將「千層醬豬耳」放埋入去同「北京填鴨」包埋一齊食都正正子,即係心心眼左!「土豆燒牛肉」同之前食的「東北亂燉」一樣有水準,啲肉炆得夠林夠入味,配菜的分量同味道都控制得岩岩好,可能係因為湯底煮得好啦,為呢類小煲的菜式加左吾少分!仲有覺得呢間店的員工好有禮貌同笑容,都係令我再黎幫襯的原因
