 Stopped into Flat Iron Steak house for a quick lunch and decided to try one of their burgers. I'm glad I did  , because the burger was made just right ! The patty was nice and juicy, cooked exactly how I like it. The toppings were fresh and added great flavor.  Surprisingly the bun held up well too. I was impressed that a steakhouse could nail a burger this well. I'll definitely be back to Flat Iron  next time I'm craving a burger, not just their famous steaks.
