The crust around margin of dumplings was not soft enough to absorb the sauce. Also, I though the dumpling was frozen food because I tasted frozen flavor. I asked the waiter whether it was frozen dumpling and he admitted that it was not freshly made but not frozen food. But I though otherwise. Though the sauce was creamy , it could not cover the frozen

Though the sauce was creamy , it could not cover the frozen flavor. I added the green sauce which was originally for the starter for every table.
After the green sauce was added, it covered the frozen flavor and the dumplings tasted good! But I will not spend $88 to eat frozen dumplings next time. Also, I could not see any 牛肝菌.
