Definitely, I will blacklist KCAL again because the owner allowed at least SEVEN dogs to enter his restaurant and dine with other customers in a very crowded eating setting!!! Besides, they served us with those cracked serving plates and over-spilt soup bowls! I think their services and attitudes have problems! Some dog owners even shared their cheesecake with their dog and it licked the crumbs thoroughly on the table. How disgusting it was!
