I feel that cali-mex has a great business model and they do use good quality meats such as their fish, chicken, pork and shrimp. Their veggies on the other hand could be improved, I wish they tasted fresher. Their salsas are also not bad  and I'm glad their 'brava' sauce is actually very spicy and not watered down. I also think their beans can be improved, because sometimes I receive black beans that are full of liquid canned 'black bean water' at the bottom of my bowl which is very unappetising

The beans should be a bit mroe dried out and drained of all the salty can water. Also IMHO paying $18 for a thimble of guacamole is ridiculous. If it was a generous portion of guac or if it was 8 years ago when avocados were really expensive i STILL understand. But they literally give you a 2 tablespoons of guac and if you're meal itself is $78 it's just a ridiculous add on. I would rather just buy an avocado for $8 and slice it over my burrito bowl lol and I would still have eight times the amount they would have given.
