Super Berry BowlYou can’t really go wrong with such a simple, classic combination, so it was of no great surprise to me that this was a fairly decent breakfast pot. However, I actually prefer my own version of the same thing, which I make with Fage Total 0%, low-fat granola, and honey. The fat content is lower but you don’t really notice the difference. You can’t really go wrong with such a simple, classic combination, so it was of no great surprise to me that this was a fairly decent breakfast pot. However, I actually prefer my own version of the same thing, which I make with Fage Total 0%, low-fat granola, and honey. The fat content is lower but you don’t really notice the difference. Of course, the texture of the yogurt would differ – Prêt’s is creamier. Prêt pots also have quite a lot of dried fruits, but I’m personally indifferent about this (not a raisin fan…) and prefer plain granola anyway. I also prefer a clumpy and crunchy kind of granola rather than flaky muesli. However, I was impressed with how the oat flakes managed to remain so crispy despite being placed directly on top of the yogurt. I also liked the mild, not-too-sweet taste of the berry compote (though I prefer honey!). Something else that goes well with Greek yogurt is Nature Valley granola bars – you don’t even need to mix it with anything else – just dip and eat.
