I had miss the cutlet /Katsu steak shop in tokyo and was looking around for something similar in Hong Kong. Read about this place from somewhere so went here with a colleague. I off course ordered the cutlet which is served with the meat being rare and you can cook it to your liking. The out layer of bread crumbs was too thin compare to japan and the meat could have been cut thicker in my opinion. The overall quality is not bad but its no match for my experience in Japan.
