Since I'm not a banker, eating at the Bankers Club isn't usually my first choice when choosing a place to eat. A friend invited me and some friends for a casual Saturday dim sum lunch. The food was delicate and authentic. They had some special dishes as well, such as this goldfish dumpling on a bed of egg whites. Its definitely food art! Also, there was this pan fried honey glazed oysters - it was really good, I wanted seconds!
